Seeding, prepare program and timeline
In this 14th lesson we make the final meet preparations – seeding, producing a program and timeline. Import entries from the Swim Central online race entry system
We are now the ‘Meet Convenor’ again. In this 13th lesson we demonstrate entering entries from the Swimming Australia online race entry system.
Amalgamations and Re-seeds
In this lesson 23 we manage amalgamations and re-seeds. Addendum: when the files are re-sent to the Quantum timing system (1’52” and 6’11”) both the start list file and scoreboard should be sent. Failure to do this can create some strange issues within Quantum in certain scenarios.

Timeline printing
In this brief lesson 20 we produce and print a timeline.
Manage relays
In this lesson 19 we edit the relay entries on the day. Cherry and Ben methodically work through changes to relay teams submitted by coaches prior to the session. Note some swimmers need to be deleted from the B team before placing into the A team. Saving is automatic – there is no save button!
Connect Meet Manager to the timing system
In this lesson 18 we connect Meet Manager to the timing system. In this case we are connecting to the Quantum timing system in a 2 step process so that: Times can be imported from Quantum to Meet Manager; Swimmers’ names can be exported from Meet Manager to Quantum for scoreboard display.
